NOI & UNIBZ – Thinking Ahead _ Travelling Exhibition of the German Ecodesign Award

Good design and environmental sustainability are not contradictory: this is the central message of the “Thinking Ahead” touring exhibition of the German Federal Ecodesign Award.
Since 2012, the German Federal Ministry for the Environment and the Federal Environment Agency have been organising the annual competition in cooperation with the International Design Centre Berlin. It is aimed at designers, companies and students from Germany and Europe whose work promotes sustainable change in business and society. The nominated and award-winning projects are presented in the form of a year-long touring exhibition, e.g. in museums and at trade fairs in Germany and other European countries, this year also at the NOI Techpark in Bolzano as part of Summer at NOI Techpark from 4 July (official opening 6-9 pm) to 1 August 2024:
Monday – Friday: 8 am – 9:45 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 8 pm
In cooperation with the NOI Techpark, the Faculty of Design and Art at unibz, the Competence Center for Sustainability is curating the award exhibition. Visitors will be able to explore the works of the winners and nominees of the design award. The Competence Centre for Sustainability offers free guided tours.
