SUMMARY:Lecture Series: The World in 2050
DESCRIPTION:Third edition: Perspectives on Anticipation\, Innovation\, Finance and Education. A Global UNESCO Chairs lecture series organized by the UNESCO Chair in Interdisciplinary Anticipation and Global-Local Transformation\, Center for Advanced Studies\, Eurac Research.  \nIn a rapidly evolving world\, preparing for the future demands innovative thinking and collaborative action. The third edition of the UNESCO Chair Lecture Series explores the critical challenges and transformative opportunities shaping our social\, economic\, political\, and ecological systems. Through an interdisciplinary lens\, the series brings together leading experts to address key issues such as anticipation\, innovation\, finance and education\, while fostering a deeper understanding of how global and local transformations can shape a more equitable and resilient future. One of the major players in looking ahead is the United Nation’s Educational\, Scientific and Cultural Organization\, UNESCO. Based on its 2022-29 strategy to accomplish the goals of the UN Decade 2030\, UNESCO proposes innovative approaches to re-imagining inter- and trans-disciplinary views on what the future might hold. The global lecture series “The World in 2050” connects UNESCO Chairs from different disciplines and continents to provide a comprehensive joint vision of possible futures. \n\n\n\nAll lectures will take place online via Microsoft Teams. Dopo un’intensa fase sperimentale di sviluppo e di mockup\, l’8 maggio 2025 siamo lieti di potervi presentare per la prima volta lo strumento finito. \nFoodCycle.ai è una piattaforma innovativa e supportata dall’IA per l’ottimizzazione dei circuiti alimentari. Lo strumento mostra come sia possibile non solo evitare le eccedenze alimentari\, ma anche trasformarle in vere e proprie opportunità per una maggiore sostenibilità. \nfoodcycle.ai offre alle aziende del settore alimentare un supporto pratico nella gestione di eccedenze e sottoprodotti alimentari.
