SUMMARY:Right-to-repair and Consumer Sales Law
DESCRIPTION:Workshop organized in the framework of the Euregio Project – “Consumer Law and Goals of Sustainable Economic Activities” \nThe seminar entitled ‘Right-to-repair and Consumer Sales Law for a Sustainable Economy’ aims to illustrate the impact of the EU Directive 2024/1799 on common rules promoting the repair of goods on consumer law.
